Introduction

 

 

 

 

 

My name is Jae Yoon and this is my third time to visit the US.

When I was 11 years-old, I lived in Michigan one and half years. My friends and teacher called me ‘Jane’, which is my English name.

   

Michigan weather is usually very cold in winter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In 2011, I traveled to New York and that was my second time to visit the US.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I’m from South Korea which is in between China and Japan.

I was born in Daejeon and it is a convenient city to live in :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have a father, mother, older sister, younger brother and a cute dog named ‘Lucky’,

so that’s why my blog is called, ‘Lucky Yoonie’.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am a student at Hongik University, which is one of the top art schools in Korea.

My major is product design. I can design anything stuffs that I can use.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now, I have decided to begin graduate school, so I am studying English in Seattle. I also get to see my sister here too. Although I’m here to study, I also get to make friends from different countries. Communicating with international students is a really good experience for me and it helps me realize how amazing the world is.

I hope this opportunity will make me a better person.
